Comments:	Quantity limit per order for this item is 1. This item can be ordered twice a year. Orders over this limit will be sent to NIAID for approval before shipment. Entamoeba histolytica (E. histolytica), HB-301:NIH (ATCC ® 30190™, NR-176) was monoxenized and cloned via microisolation, then reaxenized to produce strain HB-301:NIH CL-1-9. E. histolytica, HB-301:NIH was deposited to the ATCC ® in 1972 by Dr. Louis S. Diamond, Laboratory of Parasitic Diseases, NIAID, NIH. E. histolytica, HB-301:NIH contains a polyhedral virus and it is not known if this isolate (HB-301:NIH CL-1-9) contains the virus. Each vial of NR-183 contains approximately 0.5 mL of culture in cryopreservative.
