The HLA-A*2402 allele from a human Major Histocompatability Complex (MHC) Class I human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-homozygous human B-lymphoblastoid cell line (B-LCL) was amplified by PCR, gel purified and cloned into the Clontech Laboratories vector, pLNCX2 by the International Histocompatability Working Group (IHWG). The plasmid was produced in Escherichia coli DH5α™-T1R cells (Invitrogen™) and extracted using a QIAGEN® EndoFree® Plasmid Maxi Kit.

NR-2787 has been qualified for use in bacterial transformations.

Each vial contains 20 to 50 ng of plasmid DNA in TE buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.0).
