Comments:	Quantity limit per order for this item is 1. This item can be ordered twice a year. Orders over this limit will be sent to NIAID for approval before shipment. Total RNA was isolated from Schistosoma japonicum (S. japonicum), Chinese strain, eggs. The Chinese strain of S. japonicum was originally isolated from An-huei Province, China, in 1928. The laboratory stock of the original Chinese strain of S. japonicum was later mixed with a second isolate from An-huei Province in 1977 to produce the current Chinese strain. Each vial of NR-31802 contains approximately 1 to 10 µg of RNA in DNase/RNase-free distilled water.
