Comments:	Quantity limit per order for this item is 1. This item can be ordered once a year. Orders over this limit will be sent to NIAID for approval before shipment. Genomic DNA was isolated from a preparation of Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jejuni, strain LRA 094.06.89. Recently, cytolethal distending toxin was identified in many strains of C. jejuni (including LRA 094.06.89) and is an important virulence determinant NR-4208 has been qualified for PCR applications by amplification of approximately 1500 bp of the 16S ribosomal RNA gene. Each vial contains 4 to 6 µg of bacterial genomic DNA in TE buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH ~ 7.4).
