Comments:	Quantity limit per order for this item is 5. This item can be ordered twice a year. Orders over this limit will be sent to NIAID for approval before shipment. Antiserum to COWP3 of Cryptosporidium parvum was produced by intradermal immunization of a three month old rabbit with three COWP3 peptides conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH). The amino acid sequences of the peptides are available at the NIAID Resource Center for Biodefense Proteomics Research (BPRC) website. NR-9451 is distributed as a three vial kit. The kit contains pre-bleed (NRC-1635), first bleed (NRC-1636) and second bleed (NRC-1637) rabbit polyclonal antiserum. Each vial contains approximately 0.13 mL (pre-bleed), 0.48 mL (first bleed) and 0.34 mL (second bleed) of rabbit polyclonal antiserum. NR-9451 is reactive with COWP3 of Cryptosporidium parvum by ELISA and western blot analysis as communicated by the contributor.
