Comments:	Quantity Limit per Order for this item is 1. This item can be ordered twice a year. Orders over this limit will be sent to NIAID for approval before shipment. NR-9551 contains linearized, purified plasmid DNA designed to serve as an internal control for the primer sets included in the Yersinia pestis Plasmid Detection Kit (BEI Resources NR-9562). PCR amplification of NR-9551 using each of the primer sets in NR-9562 (available individually as NR-9686 through NR-9689) will result in a band of approximately 130 base pairs. Each vial contains approximately 40 ng of plasmid DNA in TE buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.0). The concentration is shown on the Certificate of Analysis.
