Antiserum to the H7 hemagglutinin (HA) from influenza virus was produced by immunization of a goat with baculovirus-expressed H7 HA protein from A/Canada/RV444/04 (H7N3).

NR-14817 is specific to the H7 HA subtype of influenza virus as determined in serological hemagglutinin inhibition (HI) assays. NR-14817 demonstrates broad reactivity within the H7 HA subtype based on HI assays. Applications: HI, Western blot, immunoprecipitation, virus neutralization test.

Each vial contains lyophilized (1.0 mL) goat polyclonal antiserum.
