How to find Individual Clones
Individuall Clones can also be found on the BEI Resources website using the clone name (not the GenBank accession number). Enter in clone names in the search text box on the top of each page, or by using the
Advanced Search page.
An example of a clone name is SWBmYACAL02A01SK.
Search for "SWBmYACAL02A01SK" in either of the search boxes seen above circled in red. The search results will display the plate in which the clone can be found (In this case, product number:
NR-20684). Clones are distributed on plates; and this plate will be the product to order to receive clone SWBmYACAL02A01SK. Add this plate to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.

SW: Lab where sequencing was done (Steven Williams).
Bm: Species (Brugia malayi)
YA : Stage (Young Adult)
CA: Clone name
