The "Duly Authorized Signatory for the Recipient" is the person at your institution with the authority to legally authorize and enter into binding agreements on behalf of the institution. For individual registrant applications, you will sign the Material Transfer Agreement as the registrant and then the duly authorized signatory will be accepting the terms of the Material Transfer Agreement for your institution. For institutional registrations, only the duly authorized signatory is required to sign the Material Transfer Agreement and each individual registrant must sign the Acknowledgement of the Material Transfer Agreement.
