NR-50548 consists of a crude preparation of Aedes albopictus mosquito larval epithelial cells (clone C6/36; ATCC ® CRL-1660™) infected with dengue viruses representing each of the four serotypes (see Table below) that was gamma-irradiated (5 × 106 RADs) on dry ice.
