Material as used in this answer, means the original material or any unmodified progeny received from BEI Resources. SARS-CoV-2 materials received under the EUSLA may be further distributed to other entities for legitimate purposes required to rapidly prevent, detect, prepare for, and respond to, the spread or transmission of SARS-CoV-2 and under terms no more restrictive than the Emergency Use Simple Letter Agreement (EUSLA).
