Below you will find information on plasmids available trough TARGET.

pMH94h

HyperLink

This plasmid is derived from pMH94 (Lee and Hatfull, 1991. PNAS) from which the kanamycin gene was removed and replaced by a gene conferring hygromycin resistance.  This plasmid has been optimized to deliver DNA for stable integration at the mycobacterial attB locus.

pGS201

HyperLink

This plasmid is derived from pMH94 (Lee and Hatfull, 1991. PNAS) from which the DraI-FspI fragment was removed and ligated to the Invitrogen Gateway system reading frame (rfa_verB).  This plasmid allows for efficient transfer of DNA fragments from Gateway entry vectors.  This plasmid has been optimized to deliver DNA for stable integration at the mycobacterial attB locus.
