Antibody Class: IgG2? ARP-7626 is a monoclonal antibody produced by a hybridoma cell line generated by the fusion ofHMMA2.5 TG/O heteromyeloma cells with Eppstein-Barr virus (EBV)-transformed B cells andpurified from tissue culture supernatant by protein G chromatography and quantitated by ELISA. ARP-7626 reacts with the base of the V3 loop of gp120 and neutralizes primary isolates.
The recommended titer of ARP-7626 for flow cytometry is10 to 20 µg per mL.
Note: ARP-7626 is highly sensetive to multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Do not refreeze the antibody.
Each vial of ARP-7626 contains approximately 100 µg at 1 mg per mL dialyzed in PBS, sterile-filtered. Please refer to the appropriate data sheet for lot-specific information.
