Polyclonal antiserum to the spore coat protein GerQ (also YwdL; locus_tag: BA_5641) from Bacillus anthracis (B. anthracis) was produced in rabbit and purified by protein G affinity chromatography.

NR-10436 is specific to the GerQ protein from B. anthracis by standard Western blot analysis and ELISA. NR-10436 binds to both native and denatured protein.

Each vial contains approximately 100 µg of NR-10436 in PBS.
