NR-9545 consists of five organisms representing different diarrheagenic Escherichia coli pathotypes. The indicated pathotypes have been confirmed by PCR amplification of pathogenic sequences from extracted nucleic acid.

Each vial contains approximately 0.5 mL of bacterial culture in 0.5X Tryptic Soy Broth supplemented with 10% glycerol.
