ARP-7382 is a hybridoma cell line generated by the fusion of P3X63 Ag8.653 myeloma cells with immunized BALB/c mouse splenocytes that secretes aIgG2b? monoclonal antibody that recognizes human immunodeficiency virus 1 (HIV-1) Rev protein.
ARP-7382 was raised against a synthetic peptide comprising the full length (112 amino acids)human immunodeficiency virus 2 (HIV-2) ST Vpx protein.The antibody produced by the hybridoma reacts with Rev protein in Western blots, immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence assays. The monoclonal antibody produced by ARP-7382 is available as ARP-7376.
Growth characteristics: Split cells at approximately 5 x 105 cells per mL (1:3). The cells grow in small clumps in solution, dependant on growth conditions. Supernatant can be harvested every 2-to-5 days.
Propagation Medium:UltraDOMA™ Protein-Free Hybridoma Medium (Lonza 12-727F) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum
ARP-7382 is negative for Mycoplasma, bacteria and fungi. Each vial of ARP-7382 contains approximately 1 mL of cells in UltraDOMA™ Protein-Free Hybridoma Medium (Lonza 12-727F) supplemented with 40% Fetal Bovine Serum and 10% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO).
