NR-59986 consists of a crude preparation of cell lysate and supernatant from Madin-Darby Canine kidney epithelial cells (MDCK; ATCC ^® CCL-34™) that was gamma-irradiated (5 × 10⁶ RADs) on dry ice, followed by sonication. It is intended for use as a control antigen.

Material Provided:

Each vial contains approximately 0.5 mL of gamma-irradiated and sonicated cell lysate and supernatant from MDCK cells.

NR-59986 consists of a crude preparation of cell lysate and supernatant from Madin-Darby Canine kidney epithelial cells (MDCK; ATCC^® CCL-34™) that was gamma-irradiated (5 × 10⁶ RADs) on dry ice, followed by sonication. It is intended for use as a control antigen.

Material Provided:

Each vial contains approximately 0.5 mL of gamma-irradiated and sonicated cell lysate and supernatant from MDCK cells.

Packing/Storage:

NR-59986 was packaged aseptically in cryovials. The product is provided frozen and should be stored at -80°C or colder immediately upon arrival. Freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided.
