ARP-10091 is a recombinant monoclonal antibody to HIV-1 gp41 (epitope: NWFDIT).
This antibody was produced in a recombinant CHO cell expression system and purified by protein A affinity chromatography. This antibody originates from a HIV-1 positive human donor.
Please see the LANL HIV Molecular Database for more information. This antibody neutralizes a broad variety of HIV-1 laboratory strains and primary isolates.
Note: The user should determine the optimal concentration for any application.
Each vial of ARP-10091 contains 250 µg of purified antibody at a concentration of 1.2 mg/mL in 2 mM acetic acid, 10% maltose (sterile and does not contain preservatives).
