MRA-781 is a Plasmodium berghei (P. berghei) transformation plasmid, pDEFexpSSU(RV), used for insertion (single crossover) with the Toxoplasma gondii dihydrofolate reductase-thymidylate synthase (tgdhfr/ts) selectable marker. Plasmid pL0012 contains an expression cassette with a pbeef1aa-promoter. The targeted integration locus is c- and d-ssu-rrna. pL0012 was deposited with no insert and designed for transfection into the genome of P. berghei parasites. The resulting size of the plasmid is 10.337 kilobases.

Each vial of MRA-781 contains approximately 200 ng of plasmid DNA in TE buffer at a concentration of 20 ng/µL.
