NR-19262 is a preparation of pooled antisera from eight ferrets that were intranasally inoculated with 106 CEID50 of influenza virus, A/Solomon Islands/3/2006 (H1N1). Prior to infection, the ferrets were shown to be negative for antibodies against 2009-2010 seasonal H1N1 and H3N2 influenza A viruses, 2009 seasonal influenza B viruses of both the Victoria and Yamagata lineage and the 2009 H1N1 pandemic influenza A virus.

Each vial contains approximately 1 mL of antisera. The antisera has not been heat-inactivated or treated with receptor-destroying enzyme (RDE).
