Antiserum to the ROP4 protein of Toxoplasma gondii was produced by intradermal immunization of a female three month old New Zealand white rabbit with two ROP4 peptides conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH).

NR-4159 is distributed as a three vial kit. The kit contains pre-bleed (NRC-534), first bleed (NRC-535) and second bleed (NRC-536) rabbit polyclonal antiserum. Each vial contains approximately 0.15 mL (pre-bleed) or 0.700 mL (first and second bleed) of rabbit polyclonal antiserum.

NR-4159 is reactive with ROP4 protein of Toxoplasma gondii by ELISA, immunofluorescence and Western blot analysis as communicated by the contributor.
