Antiserum to the Mebus strain of bovine coronavirus (BCoV) was produced by immunization of guinea pigs with inactivated virus. The antiserum was heat inactivated at 56°C for 30 minutes.

Each vial contains approximately 1 mL of guinea pig polyclonal antiserum to the Mebus strain of BCoV.
