Antiserum to the H10 hemagglutinin (HA) from influenza virus was produced by immunization of a goat with bromelain-released HA protein from influenza A/chicken/Jiangxi/34609/2013 (H10N8 ).

Each vial contains approximately 2.0 mL goat polyclonal antiserum, lyophilized.

NR-50500 is specific to the H10 HA of influenzavirus as determined in serological hemagglutinin inhibition (HI) assays. Applications: HI, western blot, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, virus neutralization test.
