Antiserum to the L1R membrane glycoprotein of the Western Reserve (WR) strain of vaccinia virus was produced by immunization of rabbits with a recombinant form of the L1R protein. Recombinant L1R is available as BEI Resources NR-2625. NR-631 is specific to the L1R protein of vaccinia virus (WR) as determined by Western blot analysis and ELISA.

Each vial contains approximately 0.2 mL of rabbit polyclonal antiserum to the L1R protein of the WR strain of vaccinia virus. NR-631 did not pass sterility testing and is not appropriate for tissue culture or in vivo assays.
