H1 hemagglutinin (HA) protein from influenza virus A/California/04/2009 (H1N1)pdm09 is a full-length glycosylated recombinant protein that was produced in Sf9 or ExpresSF+® insect cells (see Certificate of Analysis for details) using a baculovirus expression vector system. Recombinant H1 HA protein was purified under conditions that preserve its biological activity and tertiary structure.

Each vial contains approximately 100 µg of purified recombinant H1 HA protein in 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer, pH ~ 7.0 to 7.4, containing 150 mM sodium chloride and 0.005% Tween-20.
