ARP-12798 is a pET15b expression vector containing amino acids 135 to 363 of the gag gene from simian (macaque) immunodeficiency virus (SIVmac) isolate 239 (GenBank: M33262.1) with a C-terminal 7X His-tag. The construct is 5643 base pairs, including the 722 base pair insertion, and is ampicillin resistant. Each vial of ARP-12796 contains 5 µg of dried, purified DNA stabilized in DNAstable^®PLUS (Biomatrica^®).
