Yes, BEI Resources does accept hybridoma desposits. BEI Resources does not distribute the hybridoma cell stocks but rather the culture supernatants or purified monoclonal antibodies to registrants.

Who can act as the "Duly Authorized Signatory" on the BEI Deposit Form Part 1?

The duly authorized signatory is an individual who has the legal authority to enter their institution into a binding agreement. Please check with your legal department or technology transfer office for guidance on who is a duly authorized individual for your institution. In a most cases, the Depositor and duly authorized individual are not the same person.
